Although we use reputable third parties to deliver orders, we are not of the view that our responsibility ends once we have shipped your parcel. We don't pass the buck. Although delivery issues are very uncommon, if there is a problem we care about it as much as you do. We encourage you to get in touch with us if you are concerned about your parcel. Our commitment is to deliver to you what you paid for.
Order Online for Australia and New Zealand Delivery
Orders for delivery to Australia and New Zealand can be placed online. For other international locations, we would be happy to provide a quote on delivery charges via email. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the items you wish to order and the country you would like us to ship to.
Our online orders are generally sent via the Australia Post eParcel service. Australia Post pick up from us daily around 1pm. After your order has been shipped, Australia Post will communicate delivery progress with you by email and provide you with your parcel tracking number. If you have the Australia Post smartphone app you can manage your parcel delivery online and check its status.
When paying for your purchase we encourage customers to include additional delivery comments such as “leave on front porch if no one home”.
Australia-wide delivery charges are calculated on the Total Order Value**:
Orders up to $19.99 in value: Fixed rate of $6.95
Orders from $20.00 to $69.99 in value: Fixed rate of $9.95
Orders from $70.00 to $149.99 in value: Fixed rate of $12.95
Orders from $150.00 and up: FREE Shipping
New Zealand: There are no additonal delivery charge for NZ orders. Shipping costs are built into the price.

Orders are nearly always despatched within one business day. We strive to provide a prompt efficient service. The following are typical delivery times from the day an order is placed to arrival at the following locations.

Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra: 2 - 3 business days
Newcastle, Wollongong, Central Coast: 2 - 3 business days
Adelaide: 3 - 4 business days
Perth, Hobart: 5 - 7 business days

Express Post Option Within Australia
An Australia-wide Express post delivery service is available at additional cost. For areas in the Australia Post Express Post network a guaranteed next day delivery service is offered. Outside of the Express Post Network, a "fastest possible delivery" service is provided. Express Post charges are on top of regular delivery charges that may otherwise apply.

ORDER 5KG EXPRESS POST SATCHEL SERVICE ONLINE
Express Post can be ordered and paid for online provided that your order can be sent inside a 5kg Express Post Satchel (Click "Add to Cart"at left). There is a fixed rate of $19.50 per Express Satchel Service. All Planet Finska items purchased singularly will fit inside an Express Post Satchel except for the following products: Beachshack Cricket, All Croquet sets, Kubb Premium Plus, Skittles, Tumble Tower Jumbo.

OTHER EXPRESS POST ORDERS
Should your order not fit inside a 5kg Express Post satchel, please email us or call us on 02 9907 4484 and obtain a quote before ordering. Alternatively, please order as normal and indicate in your shipping instructions at checkout that you would like an Express Service. If you include your phone number we will call you back with a quote and we can take payment for the Express Service over the phone. If you do not provide your phone number we will respond to you by email with your express delivery quote. Your order will not be shipped until the Express Service is paid for.
