Cornhole Standard Set (Single)

Cornhole by Planet Finska. A massively popular American "bag chuck" game in which players take turns to toss bean bags at an inclined platform with a 15cm hole near the top. Cornhole is massively popular in the USA and regularly played as a "tailgate" game at barbecues before major sporting events.

This version - Cornhole Standard - is three quarters the length of official competition sized Cornhole boards (also available from Planet Finska), measuring at 0.9m x 0.6m, which makes it a great option for those looking to save on space and weight. This unique design has fold out legs at the front so that the playing slope and rear board height remains consistent with full-sized competition boards. Cheaper versions of this game often have an incorrect playing slope - meaning the surface is too steep so that the bags will not always remain on the board after a throw and instead slide back down. 

All Planet Finska premium Cornhole boards are crafted with a beautiful birchwood frame and poplar plywood playing surface which has been finished in a smooth clear varnish.  Unlike generic boards, our design is such that the playing surface is neatly recessed into the frame for a neater premium look and enhanced durability. Each board also has a chunky hemp rope handle for easy transport.

This set comes with one Cornhole Standard board and eight heavy duty canvas Cornhole bags - choose from 3 colour combos. The board has a neat storage drawer underneath for stowing the bags when the fun is done. The Cornhole bags comply with American Cornhole Association size and weight.

Dust is good!  Please note, our competition grade cornhole bags are filled with calcium carbonate based pellets.  Calcium carbonate is a non toxic compound found in rocks such as chalk and limestone.  It is used as a component in our pellets during production to ensure that the bags meet the offical competition weight range, but also to mimic the traditional corn-filled bags of days gone by that would leave a fine layer of corn dust on the board during play.   This is a deliberate feature of good quality cornhole bags and it is a sought out feature by those in the know because it improves the slipperiness of the board and allows the bags to slide during play.  So please don't worry if your bags puff a little.  This is normal and the fine layer of powder will improve your cornhole experience.   Pellets made entirely from plastic will not have this extra slip feature and are unlikely to be competition weight.
