We understand that if you place your order with us, you have placed your trust in us to have it delivered to you quickly.  We use reputable third parties to deliver orders. Please note that once we ship your order we lose all control of the delivery and timeframes experienced  are entirely in the hands of those delivery partners. Delivery issues are very uncommon, but if there is a problem we care about it as much as you do.  We encourage you to get in touch with us if you are  concerned about your parcel.  Our commitment is to deliver to you what you paid for.

Order Online for Australia and New Zealand Delivery

Orders for delivery to Australia and New Zealand can be placed online.  For other international locations, we would be happy to provide a quote on delivery charges via email.  Email us at and provide us with the items you wish to order and the country you would like us to ship to.

Our online orders are generally sent via the Australia Post eParcel service.  Australia Post pick up from us daily around 1pm.  After your order has been shipped, Australia Post will communicate delivery progress with you by email and provide you with your parcel tracking number.   If you have the Australia Post smartphone app you can manage your parcel delivery online and check its status.

When paying for your purchase we encourage customers to include additional delivery comments such as “leave on front porch if no one home”.

Click and Collect

If you would like to collect your order from our Brookvale warehouse please request this in the delivery instructions field at checkout. Your order is available for pick up immediately. Please note we are open for pick ups between 9:30am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday

Delivery Charges:


Fast  Free Standard Delivery to most locations

For standard delivery within Australia, the delivery charge per item varies based on the weight of the item and the location of the delivery. We provide free delivery to most Australian locations - those locations within Australia designated by Australia Post as remote from our Sydney location will incur delivery charges. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

Within Australia, all items will be delivered with free shipping if the total order value exceeds $250.00, regardless of location

Where an individual item or total order comes with free shipping, the consignment will be shipped as standard delivery.

For additional cost, Express Post delivery is available within Australia at additional cost.

New Zealand

For standard delivery to New Zealand, the delivery charge per item varies based on the weight of the item.  Due to the higher cost of international delivery, all items incur a delivery charge and there is NO free shipping.

Express Post delivery to New Zealand is not available at this point in time.

We would be happy to provide a quotation for international delivery to other locations.  To enquire, please email us at and provide the country of delivery and the proposed items to be ordered.

Standard Delivery Times

Orders are nearly always despatched within one business day.  We strive to provide a prompt efficient service.  The following are typical standard delivery times once an order has been despatched.  Within Australia, delivery times can be reduced by selecting Express delivery. These delivery times have been greatly affected by COVID-19 and may not apply at present.

Sydney: 1 - 2 business days

Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra: 2 - 3 business days

Newcastle, Wollongong, Central Coast: 2 - 3 business days

Adelaide: 3 - 4 business days

Perth, Hobart: 5 - 7 business days

New Zealand: 3-6 business days

Express Delivery

An Australia-wide express post delivery service from Australia Post is available at additional cost, offering a "fastest possible delivery" service. We cannot offer a guarantee on this service or a refund for slower than expected delivery, however you can expect a faster delivery.

To find out "REGULAR" and "EXPRESS" delivery  times to your specific postcode please use the Australia Post Delivery Time Estimation Tool and use "2100 BROOKVALE" as the "from location" for your parcel.


We are still operating during the COVID-19 epidemic and most orders are shipped out within one business day of order being placed.

Please note that Australia Post is currently handling significantly higher volumes than usual and some orders are taking longer than normal to be delivered to you, including Express Post orders.
