We do our best to minimise your shipping charges and yes this means Free Shipping in many cases. For every order we calculate the maximum pain we can bear before sadly we may need to pass on some of the cost to you. This all depends on the relationship between your total order value and our cost to ship it to you. Orders with a lower shipping cost (e.g. less heavy items and items shipping to capital cities) or high order value are more likely to trigger Free Shipping.

"Click n Collect" Pick up
We offer two "click n collect" pick up options from our Sydney warehouse. Our address for all pick ups is 12 Cross Street Brookvale NSW 2100.
Pick Up Business Hours : Orders may be picked up from our Brookvale warehouse Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm. For standard product orders, simply order online and your order will be ready for immediate pickup. For custom orders please wait to be informed by email that your order is ready for pick up.
Pick up After Hours : Orders may be collected from our secure click n collect storage box at our Brookvale warehouse anytime. A security code for our digital padlock will be emailed to you once your order is ready for collection. Other than for custom orders, orders are generally ready for pick up within one business day of ordering.
eParcel
Australia Post's standard post parcel delivery service.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days but will vary by destination.

eParcel Express
Australia Post's express post parcel delivery service.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days but will vary by destination. Australia Post has currently suspended their next business day guarantee on express post deliveries.

Direct Freight
Direct Freight Express are an express road transport carrier. Authority to Leave delivery instruction is required. Delivery instructions should include days and hours for businesses, and a safe and accessible place to leave. Direct Freight cannot deliver to PO Boxes or other Australia Post exclusive addresses such as Parcel Lockers. Estimated delivery times can be found at directfreight.com.au .
International orders
We can ship internationally, though international orders can only be placed online for New Zealand.
